Crap, my wife's gonna kill me...
I'd like to find a booth to rent, but I'm concerned that I'd be able to get it done in one day since I want to do stripes. Plus, how much is a day booth rental - $300? I'd rather put that money into a compressor I guess... Or as you said I guess I could do the cut-in at home then assemble and paint the rest in a rental booth.
What do you think about the Belair 218V?

that bel-aire would be perfect, you will be in a whole new world of air!!
i have a bel aire, the 7.5 hp model, 24 cfm @90 psi, runs 3 spots easy, but i have 1-1/4 hard line also, anyway i would seriously look into either a compressor or renting a booth, you could esily do whole car in one day, just bake the base for a few, and then tape stripes and put main color on, the untape and clear everything 3 coats
