This is a really neat project! I like it! I was looking at your flairs and started thinking (bad idea)... what if you were to take what you have now, slice the quarter and add ~2" strip of sheetmetal, then weld the quarter to that- it would space your flairs out and probably cover your wheels perfectly.
On another note- What size is the spare rim (with the holes in it) in your early pix? What size tire?
