Adjustable Morrison 4BAR
Contacted Craig Morrison through Facebook and asked him about the possibility of his offering an adjustable 4bar. He promptly replied that the parts are presently available for such a kit. If you're interested, I would suggest that you contact Craig directly for price and availability. Also, ask about the range of antisquat adjustability and be certain that the links remain parallel throughout the adjustment range.

I appreciate the heads up. But I'm curious, do you suspect that the links dont remain paralell? I am intersted in both the front and rear kit from them. I am currently shopping for a project 69 convertable Camaro, but once I find and acquire it I was intending to get their C6 front clip and rear tri 4 bar kits. I am uninterested in doing any serious development work. Sorting is ok but mostly plug and play.
11-01-2010 #3The 4BAR, like the 4LINK, has links which are always parallel in the top view. The "tri 4 bar" triangulates a couple of the links in top view to accommodate side loads and to eliminate binding during cornering.
The links, for a given side of the car, of a 4BAR, unlike a 4LINK, remain parallel in side view throughout the full range of suspension travel.
My comment, regarding a contact with Craig Morrison, was based on the fear that he might have misunderstood my question and was referring to an adjustment of only one link in a link pair. In order for the 4BAR to retain its most valuable asset for a car driven on the street (no binding during cornering), it is essential that the links remain parallel in side view throughout the suspension travel range AND the adjustment range. (The adjustment is to be used only to change percent antisquat.)
