Body mount hole size
Can anyone tell me the size of the body mount hole for a 1969 camaro? The old one is starting to get thin and I need to know what the original size should be...any help would be great?

I think its 1.55". Most just make them 1.5" when repairing. Speaking from experience, if you have the means to do it, then make your own repair plates. I bought a repair plate kit and wasn't to happy with it. It would have been alittle more work, but the fit and finish would have been better. Also, just a tip, but the back body mount holes are two peices overlapping not just one.

Thanks for the reply...i just cut out the old one and welded in a new one...just need to drill the hole now..
