      Hi from The Netherlands!

      Hello guys,

Just want to say hi to everyone here!
I´ve been posting on and off on the Pontiac PY forums.
      I´m from The Netherlands, Europe.
At 39 I´ve owned all kinds of american cars over the years. However, my first love when I was a kid reading magazines have always been the GTO´s.

After a ´68 4 speed I bought my ´70 GTO convertible 5 years ago. Pulled it apart 2 years and it´s a future project for now waiting for a frame off.

I bought my ´71 LeMans Sport T41 (factory GTO frontclip) early this year.
It´s been cloned into a GTO and I intend to make it a The Judge tribute. Hoodtach, Rear spoiler and eyebrow stripes.
      It´s got a ´72 400 with a TH350, buckets, console and a flowmaster dual exhaust and 18`Billet specialties

Because of extremely sloppy steering, torch heated springs, some tranny issues like late upshifts. etc. I haven´t driven it at all this summer. Had a ´92 Vette first, then a ´98 LS1 Z28 which I intend to sell now.

Now I´ve decided what direction I´m going with the ´71.
A mild ProTouring build with parts from SCandC.
Maybe even an OD tranny with a 3.55 posi rear.
Time will tell what´s it going to become.....

      Here are a few pics...

The funny rake is torch heated springs up front, stock replacements in the back.

      Welkom Erik!

Mooie auto, daar kan een mooie PT van gemaakt worden. Waar kom je vandaan, als ik vragen mag?

Nope not really round the corner as I already supposed by the building style. Nevertheless we might run into each other one day @ a meeting or trackday.

If you’re suggesting sending men with weapons of war to take my weapons of war, then I’m fairly certain that’s what’s called an act of war… and the definition of tyranny.which coincidentally is the reason for the second amendment to begin with!
