Cold Air intake from SLS material

      hi guys,
Im going to be contacting a rapid prototyping company in my area to see what this would cost. I whipped this model up last night to get a quote. After looking at it I think Im going to add some bosses on it for mounting. Any other things I should consider for the final version?

Yeah, it's been a little while since I've seen quotes for rapid prototype stuff - SLA, SLS, but I was going to guess that a part of that size would be pretty pricey
