Open Track Racing - Big Willow Sept 22nd

Anyone wanna go? I'll be out there with the camaro or mini. These guys are a GREAT group to run with and instruction is included in the fee if you want it.

The BBQ is great as well. My favorite group to run with.

I'm going to try and make it out. Any interest?

Our next event is scheduled for
Sept 22, 2010 on the big track at Willow Springs. This event will be run in the same fashion as all previous events. We will have three run groups, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Each run group will get (5) 30 minute run sessions totaling 2 1/2 hours of track time. For all newbie's or people who want to attend, we will have classroom instruction followed by on-track instruction. As always, all paid participants will get an all you can eat BBQ lunch and an OPEN TRACK RACING T-Shirt. The price for this event is $155. 14 days prior to the event the price goes up to $180, and the day of the event the price goes up to $205. I hate to up the price for late sign ups, but if I didn’t everyone would just show up at the track and pay. Please remember that all OTR events are open to all that want to attend (except for people that might be faster then me), so please tell a friend! They're one of the best groups around. Not to mention Jack Olsen brings out his Black Beauty to play with us pro-touring guys. Amazing driver and he instructs out there as well. He taught me a few things last time I was out there. This time I want to go on some ride alongs and have him come with me.

All the mechanical work was done by TRE Motorsports with technician Tyson Schmidt and shop owner Dave Bouzaglou each coming up with a lot of new ideas for how to make an old 911 faster.

      - Wevo replacement shifter, shift coupler and internal gateshift
      - Guard Transmission clutch-type limited slip, set at 80%

      - Expanded-capacity 1972 oil tank ahead of rear axle
      - Dual front fender oil coolers

      Body mods
