New Member So. Cal. LS1/T56 First Gen Project

      Hello,
I'm a new member here and just wanted to say hello. My father and i are currently working on an LS1/T56 conversion on my 67 Camaro here in So. Cal. I have found a ton of information here on the site but any other tips/people doing the same swap, feel free to reach out and offer any tips/advice on how to do this as CHEAP AND PAINLESS as possible

      Thanks,
      Daniel

How is that conversion coming along? are you doing manual to manual or Auto to Manual? Have you bought the tranny yet? I am also doing the same conversion, still in he early stages, still doing research...

69 with a LS? and a T56 here. I'm still in the body and fab mode so I'm not sure which version of the LS I'll be using yet leaning towards a LSX454 real hard right now.
