Hooking up driving lights from MCC

Does anyone have better instructions and a diagram for wiring up a driving light conversion kit from Morris Classic Concepts. The instructions that came with the kit does not make since. They say twice that the driving lights are on when the high beams are activated. I have never seen this before, where the driving light and high beams are on at the same time. That would defeat the purpose of having the driving lights in the first place. BTW, these lights are going on a 69 Camaro. Thanks!

In Va, the driving lights have to be on only with the LOW beams and off when using HIGH beams...or you can get a ticket, and it won't pass State Inspection.

<been there, done that, with my pickup, and had to remove the lights until I wired it as stated above or they wouldn't put an Inspection sticker on the truck>

Maybe the instructions had a typo....? just guessing

I'm lost looking at the instructions and the wiring that came with the kit. None of the colors of the wires going to the relay sockets match the instructions. Pin 30 should be red,but there is no wire at all. Pin 87a should be blue, but it's red and so on. Does it sound right that I should have to remove the pins from the relay sockets and rearrange them?

      Ron,
Did you try the hook up by my e-mail? Hope you got them working.
      Let me know.
The driving light is designed so the 55 watt light comes on with the high beam headlights. If the 55 watt is on at low beam the on coming traffic won't be able to see the amber turn signal light.
