El Toro Run to the Coast 2011

OK boyz and gurls, we have conformation on the dates for next year's event. It will be March 4-6. Mark those dates down now. Obviously, we don't have a registration set up yet, but please note, we will run TWO FULL DAYS at EL Toro, so we will be able to have 130 or so cars for the two days. This will not be Easter weekend, so no excuses this year about attending. Yancy, Danny and I look forward to a return trip to Irvine and it will be a nice change of weather for us about then compared to East Tennessee.
I will move this in a couple days to the correct forum, but wanted to leave it here for a day or two so everyone would see it. I will announce when we have registration set up also so no one will miss it. Make your plans now to attend, I promise, no one will go away unhappy.

Awesome Bill. Thanks for all your efforts on this and to everyone else who helps out and sponsors this event. Last year's event was first class and I'm sure next year's will be the same and more.

Be careful with those promises about happiness though, some of us can't manage a smile on the back of a AAA flatbed. LOL

PM me a size, I will see what we have left. We never did a reorder, been busy, but that is no excuse. Maybe I have what you need in stock.

Saving my pennies now. Although I know my '77 won't be ready, I will be. I'll help out however I can again.

Oh, and my Mom's birthday is on the 5th, but I'll celebrate that with her before the event.

My BD is the 2nd Allen

BTW guys, this year, with 130 or so spots open, we will have open field. Not finished with your hotrod yet? Bring the vette, the benz, the porsche, whatever. It is fun to compare our cars with newer ones anyway so bring your toys and lets play hard.

Is this your way of telling me to bring my '00 Z28 down?

Oh, and my birthday is the 13th of March, so we'll have to celebrate together.
