it would run okay, certainly not ideal since turbo cams generally have less exhaust overlap than intake, opposite of a normally aspirated or blower cam.

But it would definitely drive down the road................

      What is the cam specs?

Should run fine in a N/A set-up. Like Jody said, maybe not the best for top power. Your fueling will be the main issue. When I popped my turbo hose at the track, I was flogging a lot of fuel...

Should run like a stock smogger small block IMO They are usually small with low compression. Should run fine if the timing is set for no boost.

Depends very much on the specs of the engine and the specs on the camshaft. The question is too generic to really give an accurate answer.
