ls2 wire harness

Hey everyone, We are really stuck right now. We did a ls2 GTO engine swap into a 65 gto. We have done many ls swaps in the past but is the first time using the factory wire harness....
It turns over but wont start, We have power to the fuel pump (and it primes), power to the ecu, everything it hooked up. but we are not getting power to any of the coil packs nor are we getting the injectors to fire, but we have fuel psi.... we are thinking maybe there needs to be some small mod to the factory wiring harness.......
