      If it is like before

The cruise is later in the day...

I think Jeff is speaking of driving up around noon. He is only a few hours away

      Ready to roll

Well, it's off the lift and sounds sweet to my ears. Shake down driving (3500 miles over the past year or so) only shook loose a few bolts. Only a couple last minute spare parts to buy for the trip. Extra serpentine belt, flashlight, and some fluids(just in case). Still seven days 'til I leave and the excitement is building. By the way I will be available for some work duty (cones and other go-fer stuff) if you folks need some help.

I will also be looking for someone that is able to FINE tune my Demon carb package for better performance. It's currently running rich and I'd like some opinions on who might be able to help. The fine tuning is a little out of my league at this point. I'm leary (not much experience) of just leaning out the fuel mixture screws.

There is a dinner and a couple of beers up for grabs, too.

Well, nobody has really said anything, but we're super excited about the trip! We drove the wagon down to pick up the 66 from the interior shop today and both ran fine. Woohoo!
