      oil feed line for a 5.3 turbo

      if i bought a swap pan with a remote filter can u t off of that and feed the turbo? or would i need to find a diff location?
      sorry but im a newb with random questions lol

      this is my first turbo build so im alittle confused. most aftermarket pans have remote oil filter locations and i was wondering if i could t off of the return side or where is the best place to feed it from. thanks joe

      Im building my turbo set up for my 5.7 right now as well. If your talking about the line to feed the turbo u don't want to do that off the pan. You will run your return lines to the pan, but not to feed it. Like the other guy said "run it off your sensor".
