New guy, 66 Malibu + LQ4 + T56

Hello,
Just thought I'd give a very simple intro. My name is Mike. I'm putting together a 66 Malibu. The car currently has a worn out 283 and Powerglide. I'm going to stuff it with a 6.0L LQ4/T56. The car was originally from CA so it's relatively rust free (as compared to most midwest cars) as far as I can tell.

I don't have much $$$ to sink into this thing so I do everything on my own to keep it as cheap as possible. I hope to get started as soon as possible. I already have the engine and trans, so I'm about to start accumulating everything else I need to get it going.

I don't want to have the car under construction for a long time so I hope to get most of the parts I need before I get started.
