C5 vs. LS1 rear components

Okay, dear god i hope this question hasn't been asked so much I get jumped buuuttt....I have a complete '00 Camaro LS1 rear brake setup (rotors, calipers, abundment..etc.) that I'm using on the chevelle. Out of curiousity, are the C5 rear calipers or rotors interchangeable with my setup? Thanks.
I ask because my rear is being fabbed and my guy said to send him everything and he'll weld up the right end for the abundment and make sure it all fits/operates correctly. My whole front setup is C5 and it seems I can get a much better deal if I buy all the front/rear brake hardware as a pakage so it all matches. Thanks guys!
