It would take over a year to pay for 1 month based on 6% and 30 years.

I don't know if you've ever been over there , but it kinda' has a roadcourse already..
That estate is built on several hundred acres that were previously developed for a huge subdivision that never happened.
So it's got paved roads from one end to the other.
Like , miles and miles of paved roads !!

Just take the curbs off and you'd have a roadcourse , kinda ' ..
It would need to be a little wider though.

Wonder where Milton will move to now. Will Bob buy this house from him as well, lol?

The place is gorgeous and is featured in many magazines you just don't know it. Corvette Fever did a lot of photo shoots there because the photographer is friends with Milton. I personally took three cars up there for photo shoots. It's simply a very quiet and pretty place. You'd never know it was back there from the road which is just the way I like it.

Oh and his collection is fantastic. Milton has some extremely rare cars and many from the 50s and 60s but he also has a thing for Trans Ams. Not sure if he still has it but last time I was there we were looking at the FI 57 Bel Airs and many period race cars. I had to stop him and ask why with all these high end expensive cars did he have a Y88 TA in there. He laughed and said he just likes those cars and that one was original and correct. Of course it as sitting right next to the 1 of 1 92 Frehawk Tans Am convertible. He ordered that car personally and it is fully loaded with all the SLP options. Very neat car. Milton's a great guy and very down to earth. I hope he is staying in the area. Ok I'm done reminiscing

I really enjoyed going there during the Pro-Touring get-togethers we had during the Year One Experience in 2006 and 2007 ..
      Milton's a cool guy..
      I loved his garage !!

I wonder what Joe is gonna' do now ???
If he doesn't have Milton's car collection to maintain ..
