The level of these pranks is pretty wide. I wouldn't mess with another guys car in any way that was close to permanent or dangerous.
However, if someone pisses me off (which isn't easy) or pranks me good (also not easy), the odds are strong that there will be a rainbow sticker on their back bumper real soon. Simple, effective, and easily removed.Scott Parkhurst
