      Can someone explain how a Cleco works?

      Sorry for the dumb question but I havent really found much online. I'm pretty much self taught and getting ready to get deeper in my sheetmetal stuff.

      I'm assuming you drill a hole then somehow these things hold the panel in place. If anybody has a link to how they work I'd appreciate it.
