need pricing assistence on fab work

need some opinions from you fab guys. im going to start flat facing dash's for some mopar guys. i get asked all the time about it and hoping i can make some extra change making them. i could do probably one a week a few hours a night after work. i would do all the metal work and bondo all the edges to be smooth and rounded. they would be finished in primor and blank so the customer could cut out what and where they want to. heres what it looks like. i was thinking around $500 what do you guys think?

How many hour do you have in doing it?? How much in material do you have?? Take how many hr's times that by a fair hourly price and then add in material and see where you are at. If you have let say 10 hr's in it and you charge your self $50.00 and hr thats 500.00 with out material. When ever I do side work I figure how much time it will take me and than my hourly rate at home then add in the materials and there you have it. Never just put a number on it until you have figured in ALL your cost (time and materials). Hope this helps.

I waterjet cut the flat faces with all the holes in a variety of applications from hotrods to galaxie 500's (bigger installation). I charge $125.00 for the CAD layout, material and cutting of the flat. Thats no welding - no forming etc....

thanks BadRS69, that helps a bunch. i didnt put a price with it on the other site i have it up on, i wanted some fab guys opinions first. 10 hours sounds about right after all cutting, welding, bondo work and painting. then the materials cost around $40. ill come up with something based off your equation.
bigblue73, thanks too, and i would love to have a waterjet out back of the house! haha
