      Project SicMonte

I figured I might as well show off my project! It is a 1988 Monte Carlo SS and I have had it since 2001. I bought it for my 21st birthday! As with all of us and our projects this has been a love/hate relationship with this car. I recentlly bought a harley that I was planning on making a chopper. In July I messed up my back again so the Harley idea is now gone. Now all my attention is back on the monte. Here is a list of current mods:

      - 350 bored 060 over (various goodies inside)
      - Built 200R-4 trans
      - SC&C Stage 2 front end kit
      - SC&C front end brace
      - Bell Tech Drop Spindles
      - Vari Shocks on all four corners
      - Moog front springs, Bell Tech rear spring (soon to be CCP)
      - Rear frame notch
      - 6 Point Roll Bar
      - Nascar Boom Tube Exhaust
      - Racing Front seats with 5 point harness's
      - wheels/tires aren't worth mentioning.....yet. (see wheel/tire section)

This is mainly a street car but it does see some autocross and road race events. Here are some pics.

Fresh out of the shop at SC&C...with 315/35/17's out back.

Spray paint!! no joke...it turned out good.

That is where the car stays. Parents house with a lift and a full fab shop. The lift is on "my side"..lol.

Thats enough for now. I will get my new wheels in about four weeks. The car is currently on the lift getting a boat load of upgrades. Pics and description will be soon!!

Thanks for checking out my project.
