Suspension problems need advice and opinions

Ok here is the deal. It seems over the winter the springs on my Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser really settled. The front end is now sitting on the bump stops. The lower A arms are angled slightly up. Now here is the problem, the ride height and stance is pretty much where I want it. the car looks great this way. But the handling is slightly off I am guessing due to it being on the bump stops. So what are my options? Is putting taller springs back in it my only option? Or would a suspension kit like Speedtech's make a difference? Thanx for any and all help.

Put the taller springs back in and add tall ball joints.
