TCI torque arm rear suspension?
I posted a thread yesterday about rear four links and which to go with . Thanks for the responses. I have decided to go with total cost involved and there torque arm rear suspension. My question now is , If I decide not to buy this system with there rearend already welded in how hard would it be to weld my rearend to their unit. Im not sure what i would have to know. Obviosly side to side measurements and pinion angle but is there any thing else i would have to make sure of before i weld it in? Am i better off using there housing instead of the one i already have? I really do not want to buy their rearend. Some help would be great.. Thanks

If you want to use your rearend it must be a 9" Ford. They supply the Torque-arm kit with a couple of fixtures that bolt to the third member studs. They positively locate the weld-on mounting tabs for the torque-arm. The instructions tell you exactly how far apart the axle brackets are to be welded and at what angle to set the pionion.
