here's the story, Mike had a car for sale, he had title, not in his name, but properly signed over to him. He then sells the car Jeff. Jeff takes that title, which is NOT in Mikes name, but properly signed over to Mike, and has a bill of sale that shows Mike sold the car to Jeff. Can Jeff get the title in his name now?
