      Power windows

I'm wanting to put power windows in my 73 Nova (1 pc door glass). The electric life kits show direct replacement regulators for 1st gen camaros but nothing for 68-up X bodies. Does anyone know if the factory used the same regulator for the X bodies as the F body? If not, can anyone recommend a manufacturer for a kit for this car?
      Thanks,

      Kevin

THis might be over the top. Both regulators are almost the same. I put the 73 glass in my 69 and people have used 73-74 doors and used the 68-72 reg. Everything bolts up except for one bolt. The 73 regulator is longer. What would happen if you bought the power 68-72 reg. cut it/weld it to your 73 reg.

Good idea Bryan, hadn't thought of that. My only concern is cutting and welding a $500 pair of regulators. At least that's what the kit that nu relics sells goes for. I can't seem to find many kits for the 68-72's, that's why I was hoping the first gen camaro with the one piece door glass (68-69) may be a possibility. Thanks for your input. I will definitely consider it.

Maybe if someone that has a 69 window regulator can give some dimensions we can compare them to the nova ones. I some 69-72
and 73-74 window regulators out of a car so I can check those..
