its been a while since I posted about Jane and our travels....I made it to SEMA and then raced optima it was awesome, I wasn't on my game though I had just been told about a week before SEMA that I was going to be let go at the end of the year....so I was looking for work, traveling with money I should have been saving, and i wasn't fully committed to the event......

      leaving SEMA

      Speed stop

      LVMS (big tracking)

after Vegas I drove across the desert to Arizona for the Goodguys Duel in the desert event and raced in to qualifying

that ended last year!! I changed jobs and moved to Tennessee...

Hot Rod was definitely right about how perfectly that livery matches the lines on your Camaro. Auto journalists sure love brown hues, but that fender stripe just looks boss to us, too. Are you still running the Centerforce II?

I did a few changes to the car, on the surface it looks the same..but I changed some shock and control arm pivot points, and a few changes to the shocks also and dropped another 30 lbs off the car...the car felt different on its initial test runs at Goodguys Nashville and I spent the entire weekend recording settings and changes... now that I was happy with the changes...I packed up the car and headed to Atlanta Georgia to run the Chevy Performance nationals...they have an Autocross put on by Hotchkis and had a great track layout...they race full on Saturday and Sunday and award the winners on each day,,,,,Jane squeezed out a Win on Saturday and a second place on Sunday I was beat on Sunday by JB Grainger...yes that guy the faster then a redneck TV show JB Grainger...so the answer was...... I was faster then a redneck on Saturday!but not on Sunday.....it was a great event and I got to hang with the east coast autocross crews and enjoy their awesome hospitality

Jane was dominate on the track!

      a little winning going on

      big autocross layout!!!

      awesome turnout

Suzy won Fastest Lady and piloted Jane around whooping many boys butts

the southern autocross crew and their Low country boil

good country boy JB Grainger beat me on Sunday

That is a cool pic! What is that hanging out under the driver side bumper? Something attached to the tow hook? Transponder maybe?

I had to touch up the paint on the fender that was damaged last season at Scottsdale goodguys so I sanded the front fenders and blended in some color and sprayed a little clear

Jane without the stripe, more to be done just running short on time
