Thanks Michael, I was beginning to wonder if they were really going to run it or not. Did the shoot in June in Michigan. So I guess now I can say I was in Hot Rod. Looking forward to Maxton.
Right now I'm looking for more HP and about 5 mph. A 20 knot tailwind would also help. See you then.

Thank you Steve. Enjoyed meeting you as well. And really loved your Camaro. The luck we all need at Maxton is low humidity and a tailwind.

Thanks for the undeserved compliment Tommy. Getting magazine print happens one of two ways. Being in the right place at the right time, which was how this came about or having connections, which I don't. No big shot here. I think I can speak for Herb as well in saying we both really enjoyed getting to know you and your family. It is really neat to know a family that enjoys our hobby as a family. You and Debbie are doing something right and you and your kids will really benefit over the long haul. I know my son and I have benefited greatly by doing car stuff together. He was with me in Michigan while McGaffin was taking the photos for HRM.

Congrats Mike.. killer shot and it's a pretty big deal getting in Hot Rod magazine.

Shots were killer and the write up was good.

Hey, congrats Mike. My HRM has been laying here for a day or so unopened. I didn't know you were in there till reading here. Neat pics and article! One of my favorite road trips was cruisin' up I-40 with you going to RTTHs......pouring rain and all! Congrats again.

Thanks Steve, McGaffin definately knows his camera. I honestly never expected to see one of my cars in HRM. If I would just build a Camaro maybe I could make CP. I'm currently building a 57 Truck with a Camaro subframe. That count?

It's all about the drive ain't it brother. My guess is we will do that again sometime soon. My March HRM hasn't even showed up yet.
I found one copy at a local news stand.
      Thanks

So the rain isn't just in So Cal? Man, you guys are taking a beating. Got a good friend in San Clemente. He is being reminded of our tropical season. He is from here, coastal NC, but moved to Cali about thirty years ago. Stay dry.

If you’re suggesting sending men with weapons of war to take my weapons of war, then I’m fairly certain that’s what’s called an act of war… and the definition of tyranny.which coincidentally is the reason for the second amendment to begin with!
