      LCD advice

Looking at getting a flat panel LCD for the bedroom. Viewing distance is approx. 12-15ft. I really like the LG 32LH30. One question I have is do I really need 1080p for a 32" and non HD channels (will have Blu-Ray though). I hear the LG's have audio sync problems but possibly a fix. I am really looking for an HD 32"ish LCD under $450. Will there be a noticable difference between 720 and 1080 an such a small screen at that distance? 720's are obviously cheaper which is better but if I am going to spend around $400 I want the best I can get. I am comparing this to the 50" Sony Bravia LCD with HD I have in the living room. Thanks.
