      When scoping out the cheap machines....make sure that you can find a good supply of the consumable parts that you will need for just the wear and tear items.....tips, diffusers, nozzles, liners, guns, whips, drive wheels/rollers, ect....if you can't find these parts when they wear out, then I would say that you didn't get such a good bargin on the cheap machine.

      1970 RS/SS350 139K on the clock:
      89 TPI motor w/ 1pc rear seal coupled to a Viper T56 via Mcleod's modular bellhousing w/ hydraulic T/O bearing from the Viper, 12 bolt rear w/ 3.73 gearing, SC&C upper control arms, factory lowers with Delalums, C5 brakes at all four corners, Front Wheels 17x8's with Sumi 255/40/17 and Rear Wheels 17x9's with Sumi 275/40/17.

      Another thing about buying a brand name is resale, I have been shopping around for a used miller 180 and have found that I might as well buy a new unit. These welders do not seem to drop in price.
      As far as the miller auto-set, from what I have read it works great. I am saving for this unit which is a little smaller but I have a nice miller stick unit which works great on anything thicker.
