194 equivilent to 3157
Is there a small 194 size version of a dual element bulb like a 3157 ???

No. To make the appropriate luminosity in a element light such as the 3157 ie 31 watt 57 size bulb it has to be that size. Even the screw in LED lights need to be big but dont work well with incandescent light fixtures as they need to be able to shine backwards for the reflector operate.
