Cylinder liner sealant

I have a weird one here....

Just started working at RennTech, and my boss wants me to figure out a way to seal leaking pressed in cylinder liners. They leak at the bottom of the liner so I sugested pouring just about half an inch of hard block. The engine is completely apart, so the bottom of it can be reached. Is there any type of sealant that could be used directly??
