      GMR Full Floater Hub Setups

These Full Floater hub setups are the perfect addition to your GMR rear end housing. Made in the USA they are designed for reliability.

Benefits of a Full floating System:
A full floating rear end setup reduces the stress on the axles and internals. The hub and weight of the vehicle is on the snout which is welded into the housing. The axles are now subject to rotational forces only, instead of both vehicle weight and rotational force. Each hub utilizes two large Timken bearings with seals and locking nuts to secure it to the snout. Another added benefit is the ability for the vehicle to roll without axles or internals. During the build process this can be very useful.

      Options:
      28 or 31 Spline
      Bolt Patterns- 5x5, 5x4.5, 5x4.75, 5x5.5, and 6x5.5
      Rotors- 10 or 11 inch

We do not machine items in house. All the welding and assembly is done is house along with any fabrication work.

do you have the ability to make a custom frame. Full tube chassis. I would do the complete design. This was just a passing thought as I am not a that stage yet. But i working on my own chassis. I am designing it all in CAD. so any easy export to a tube bender.

Yes we can, we have a full frame/ fixture table with over 500 1/2" bolt holes in it on 3" center. We also have extensive cad abilities. Our new kit car chassis, the GMR-ONE is fully CAD designed then all plate/ tube is completely CNC lasercut. Let us know when your ready, our fab shop can fit about 6 chassis in there.
