cool 65. I don't know how you get a 9.5" wide wheel in the rear in any offset without a minitub. I had 17X11's on my 64, but that was with a 3" minitub. A 12" wheel would have been close enough to rub. Deducting the 3" minitub it looks like a 9" max with likely some rubbing, or an 8 or 8.5" with perfect offset would work without issues. These 64/5's have very small wheelwells.
