How does this deal sound for my 72z28?

      1972 camaro subframe which includes:
Hotchkis Sway Bar, Springs, Tie Rod Sleeves
Global West Upper and Lower Control arms.
Professionally welded seams, on the top and bottom
AGR 12:1 Quick ratio steering box
Brand new tie rods, centerlink, pitman arm, and idler arm
The top has been worked smooth and is seamless
The frame has all original mounts and never had a stich of rust
Original Spindles and Disc Brake backing plates
The frame has been finished in a satin black
All you need to do is add shocks and you'll have an ultimate corner carving front suspension.
Everything is brand new and never been on the road.

I can pick this up for $3,000 worth it?? Or better off building my own, I know its cheaper to buy this setup but how are these parts,

That's it, not really ready for this yet but sounds decent, local sale as well.
