      The motor is alive!

I just recently dynoed my small block that is going in my project 69 Camaro. It's a 383" with Dart Pro I massaged 215 cc heads, a solid roller Chet Herbert grind (~114 duration, 0.600 lift), ~8:1 compression, holley stealth ram intake, FAST EFI, 84 lb/hr injectors, Turbonetics T04B turbos, and homemade log type manifolds. The exhaust has 38 mm Turbosmart wastegates and a dual stage Turbosmart controller set at 10 and 14 lbs. At 10 psi, the motor managed 620 lb-ft at 4,500 rpm and 593 HP at 6000 rpm. At 14 psi, the motor made 750 lb-ft of torque at 4500 rpm and 709 HP at 6300 rpm. The 10 psi tune is 91 octane friendly and the motor blows through a Bell air-to-air intercooler. The exhaust is too small for the flow and I'm getting glowing manifolds (see videos)! Anyone know where I can find a good turbo manifold or header w/o dropping $$$? srtco.com has a decent casting for $699. Attached below are some photos and links to videos......

Thanks fellas, I think I am gonna go with the manifolds from SRTco.net as my mild steel log headers will be lucky to survive a month with that much heat stress. Anyone know what the best heat wrap is on the market? I plan to wrap the manifolds so engine compartment heat is kept in check.

      Would you repost the website?

I tried the one you listed and it would not come up.

      Thanks

Take a look at the cast iron headers at sandersonheaders.com - perhaps a set flipped over might fit the bill?

I like the Thermo-tec wrap and product - have always had good results and they hold up well.
