fluid change in a 350
My th350 needs the fluid changed .I have heard that if you change fluid in a trans with lots of miles they will go out quickly and others say that is BS . What is your opinion? I have a buddy that works at the chevy dealer that is going to use the flush machine on it and I will change the filter beforehand.

if you use the flush machine correctly you can actually drain the pan and change the filter and then fill the trans back up. i have done it a few times. we dont have a trans flush machine at the new shop though. i would not worry about changing the fluid it the old stuff still looks decent.
