      Any corvette from 97 to present would be awesome to pick apart for your car. The newer the better. Take the engine, ECM, seats, brakes, suspension, IRS, and transmission. You could build a nice 67 off of those parts.

      I would look for an LS2 short block, they are gettin cheaper and easier to find, then you could go with the LS3 heads and intake with a good port job, a good cam and headers then you would be over 500hp at the flywheel easy. We do this combo quite often at our shop and its good bang for the buck.
