placement of jackstands
I am putting in subframe connectors in our Challenger and wondering where the best place to support the car is to make sure the body is not stressed by hanging off the stands. Should I put the front wheels on a set of ramps and jack stands under the rear axle? This is only possible wit hthe front wheels on. What about with no wheels? Put the stands as close to the wheel area as possible? I also need to replace part of the trunk as well, So I am concerned as the floor is part of the structual body being a unitbody and all.
