      Harmonic balancer with vibration

I have a ZZ4 in my car with 10k miles on it. When I took it out today I had an unbelievable vibration that the car never had before. I went for a ride to the Borgenson Universal open house. When I got home I was checking under the hood and saw the harmonic balancer is wobbling around as the engine turns. It is not running true at all. This is the stock GM balancer that came on the engine.

Is this common at all? Should I put another stock one back on or go aftermarket? Any recomendations?? be specific please.

my olds 350 balancer was loose before, drove it like that for a while. Not real loose though. the groove on the balancer that holds it in place on the crank was stripped or whatever. Just replaced it with a new one and the motor ran better after that.
Edit: the new one was just a stock one and the old one would wobble around too.
