Passenger side floor is wet after rain

After driving home from Pigeon forge last weekend with all the rain, the passenger side floor is wet. All others are dry. It doesn't have an oder like antifreeze. The car is a '70 Camaro. All I can think of is the cowl vent.
Any one else have any suggestions, and how to fix it.
      Thanks Brent

check the pass side kick panel...I bet the playdough on the backside isn't sealing it water tight anymore.

Yep, classic 2nd gen issue. The kick panel to body seal is leaking.
