383 with 454 TBI, will it fit?

Quick question. I found a brand new, never run 383 stroker with Dart aluminum heads, SCAT crank, roller TBI cam, roller rockers, and a 454 TBI for $3,000. Dude was going to put it in a truck as a towing engine due to the torque specs. He's going with an LQ engine and is selling it. I'm not sure this set up will fit under the hood of a stock 65 Chevelle hood becaust the TBI looks pretty tall. If the engine is legit (going to inspect it), it seems like a smokin' deal, but if it doesn't fit, no reason to buy it.
