newbie here and 73 vega gt panel project

hello new here friend of mine talked me into joining up after showing me a post with a guy doing a ECO swap into a chevette .

well im kinda doing the same , but in a older chevy , a 73 vega gt wagon , which has had the panel inserts put in to replace the windows .

the motor came from 1 of GM's play/test toy , the motor is a 2.2 eco that was built by wheel 2 wheel(understand they are no longer around :( ) , the motor made 262 hp , though i do plan on upping the ante some id like to make some where near 330-350 , though i will need a larger s/c for that .

      the other car below is my 06 gto with 6200 miles , ive also got a 04 gto with 11k , 68 elco , 29 model A tudor sedan , 92 olds scx W41

well back to snooping around , any way on with the pics !

Nice project. I have not seen a Vega that clean in quite a few years.

I had two of them back in the day. A '71 GT hatchback and a '74 GT Hatchback. Put a 350 in the '74 eventually. :-)

      good luck

will be watching this fourm too.

really want to know if the normal garage junky can wire one of these direct injected ecotecs into an older vehicle.
