      69 camaro firebird subframe

Just wondering if all the components on a 69 firebird subframe are the same as 69 Camaro. Will everything interchange like spindles, hubs , steering components, Can you put BBC mounts on the subframe. Thanks alot

      Yes and NO
yes they will all intechange but they are all different
the steering box i am not positive on but the pitman arm, centerlink, idler arm, and inner/outer tie rod ends are totally different. the spindles use a 1/2 bolt to mount the top of the disk or drum and a camaro uses a 5/8, the hubs are about 3/8" wider/(they stick out more) than a camaro.
you would be able to mount the BBC motor mounts to the best of my knowledge.
even tho everything is different you could change the sub over to all camaro parts but you have to change everything and the camaro centerlink is a bit tricky to find some times as it is a non wear part so most of the big aftermarket parts guys wont have them listed but i think some of the camaro suppliers can get them.

you could do a unisteer rack conversion ???
