What's this rain stuff you speak of?

I'm tempted to put the front tires on the back and do some burn outs at Yancy's house to wear them in a bit. lol

Yeah, but that means you will be too.... Oh well. There has to be a downside to everything, right?

I'm not going to make it. Lots of excuses, but the bottom line is I waited too late, and life got in the way. I got to the point of having to cut corners, and it just isn't worth it to have to do it over correctly. The car has been apart six years, whats a little more time. Hate to miss seeing everyones cars. I already told Bill about giving up my autocross slot, and the mainstay will have an extra room also. Check if you need it.

anyone is free to ride with me during the

autocross as well. I cannot imagine I will be laying down any record breaking runs on my runflats, but I will be having a great time!

      We have a few goals:

      Have a great time
      Don't break down
      Don't make fools of ourselves

      Good to set goals...

Goals are good. I'm hoping I can reach #1 and #2.
Goal #3 might be a little lofty for me, but we'll see.

      My Goal:

      - have a good time
      - make new friends and visit with old ones again at the Friday Open House and dinner at our shop
      - get some new NT05 meats on the Kuda so I don't slide off the mountain or take out too many cones (I burned off the Proxes4 at the Mopar Nats last month burnout contest, and they are too slipery for a track, and nearly bald)
      - don't get another speeding ticket horsing around

You'll enjoy the NT05's. I've had nothing but good experiences with mine. Good tire for the money.

Okay, that is one ugly weather forecast. Sorry, but we're bailing. It's a long haul from NY and that's a lot of rain.

C'mon, guys--I'll bring the umbrellas and trash bags--at the very worst, the auto-x will just be a chance to test our wet-weather driving skills and practice controlling slides!

      Come On Steve !!!
It's only a 50% chance for rain on Friday and a 40% chance Saturday and Sunday.

You're not afraid of driving in the rain and meeting another Olds Bravada .......are you ????

      LOL.

I understand , it is a long haul to get rained on.

      I'll still be there !!!
