I would like to take the credit but Joe was doing most of the tire swapping. Good thing no one else from the shop is on here I would never live it down being mistaken for Joe.

Thanks Yancy, it was kinda weird for us too bud,,, and it certainly wasn't the same I agree.....

Next year I think we'll go all the way over to Pigeon Forge with you guys then head North from there....
Hell we'll have us some more fun and make even more memories,,,, after all we have have a new tradition to holdup buddy.

Don't you worry about "WARPATH",,,,, It'll be making noise in the Spring all things equal... I told Ro to get ready for one of my "major push to the wall deals" as we have a lot of work ahead of us to do on that build.... I was on the phone non-stop lining up stuff for the car and it's concept unveiling at PRI the rest of the way home (that is between clearing codes in the the dually LOL)

      Home Sweet Home

We (Bill, Mark, Danny, Albert & crew, Yancy, Brian, Nicole & Marco, Chris and myself) made it home safely. This trip was filled with so many great memories of new and old friends, America's landscape and the Hoover Dam. It would have been a great trip in a rental, but doing it in the muscle cars was a dream come true. We made a good team and took care of each other. It's what friends are all about.

Lots of pictures and video to post in the coming days.

I can not wait to see Chris' pictures. I think he had a wide lense that Yancy said did a killer shot at the photo op.

The only thing that I would change about the trip was not being able to stop at all the neat places along the way to get photos with the cars. Trouble is, it would have added a week to an already long trip. ONE DAY....... I will have the time and money to do just that. We live in a amazing country and so many different climates and landscapes. I want to take a month one year and just hit the road. So much to see, so little time.

As I have told others, this was better than a Power Tour to me and I have done two PTs. Just enough cars together to drive people crazy but not so many that you could not get thru the traffic. Every gas stop meant talking to someone about the one they used to have or their dad bought new. That is cool though and part of the reason we do what we do. I think Brian beat everyone with about 25mph, crazy. The truck got 11.3 mpg, but I was happy we had it after the mishap with the uca on Saturday. If it will not rain here tomorrow, I will get the charger out of the trailer and fix the frontend, parts came today. Gotta get it ready for Turkey Rod Run in two weeks, thats right, driving it to Daytona in two weeks. Anyone want to go???
