I'm sorry. The video was there, I just can't watch them at my current location. I am glad to hear that you have a rendering already and I have been asked to stop offering on here until I become a sponsor. The car looks awesome though! Keep up the good work.

Thanks Tom. You can make any car look fast and smooth until you break it.

So to build the rear diffuser I need to move my fuel tank, per SCCA rules "stock fuel tank in stock location is acceptable, if fuel tank is moved it must be replaced with a FIA FT3 fuel cell." So now I am spec'ing out a ATL fuel cell. Anyone have any input or suggestions.

It will go forward to the diff or watts link. And allow for rear exhaust exit

you could tie the exhaust into the diffuser... but thats the mad scientist part of me.

I decided on the ATL sports cell with the hard plastic bladder and aluminum can and fill plate. I chose to try the 2 duck foot pick ups.

I had another great time at the latest CAM event at SCCA.

The first time I did not make any changes. Here are some vids and movies.

      I haven't updated in awhile....

I ordered the ATL fuel cell.

And a few fittings from summit.

A few cable ties and Im ready to race.

I have made 4 events this year, almost the same I made all of last year. The car has been performing pretty good. Mark, Dan and Alcino have been great competition. There are a few videos up on my youtube page.

I was having a slight rub on the inner fender in the back so I made some .050" thick wheel spacers and problem solved. I may even be able to drop the rear another 1/2".

and a shot from the last event with the CAM crew.

here is a video of the falcon hating the hairpin turns at goodguys del mar.

Next project get more turning radius, AKA inner fender surgery. And try to fit some 275s in the front.

Looks like a similar layout to what they had last week in Pleasanton. I added a bunch of rear brake bias and rear tire pressure to get the rears to lock and the back end to rotate coming into the pin turns. I finally got it to turn on the last couple of runs but did not have enough runs to really put it together.

The pin turns GG is using really favors the short wheelbase vetts.

I tried the same approach craig. But i only got 4 runs so never really put together a clean run.

Love this car! Gives me hope for my Falcon. Have to go through the thread but 99 pages will take a WHILE. Still unsure abot the front valance, I would be all about it if it fit around the lights and grille better, definitely different.

You looked like an animal out there, Bryce! I know for a fact that the only way my car could get through those turns is by swinging the rear through like a pendulum. It would be slow, messy, and I'd probably have awesome drifter's dents after...

That's one super-distracting shift light, by the way. It seemed to be set a bit low, RPM-wise...

      thanks
This is a Maier made valance sold through delta bay. I still plan to modify it slightly. I am going to connect it to the lower half of the fender and fill in the center a little. Also a splitter/front belly pan of some sort will make its way on there as well.

Thanks, I was trying my best to get the car to work. Need some tuning and a lot more practice driving tight courses.

I use the shift light at SCCA events, when the red light comes on I hit 50mph in 2nd gear. Its my goal to keep it on as much as possible. I should have switched chips for this course but left them all at home. I was also hitting the redline at only 6k.
