Stock MC for 81, think it will have to be turned down to fit the Power Booster though.

Think 1.125 bore masters are what most are running on front/rear disc setups

Stock disc/drum and disc/disc were 1.125. 79 and I think 80 used a cast iron, 81 a quick take up aluminum. The rear disc cars used a dual diaphragm booster vs the single for disc/drums, and because of the extra boost a lower ratio pedal.

Power brakes with the calipers specified should be a 1.125" bore MC. Even the secondary bores on the quick take-up MC's used on the '81 Firebird were 1.125" [28.6mm], although the primary bores were a massive 1.574" [40mm] to help offset the low drag seals in the calipers. If you're running the calipers with low drag seals, I would definitely suggest using the quick take-up MC, otherwise you'll have a very low pedal. Remanufactured low drag front calipers are something like $15.00 with the core charge included, so that might be something worth considering.

Mixing and matching low drag calipers with the old style can make things harder on yourself than they need to be.

Spinning my 78s front and spinning my 81s front with the low drag there is a noticeable difference, but my 04 GTO w/ PBRs is like no drag!
