      Sway bar issue, defective Hellwig?

Hellwig front bar, SC&C Stage 2 Plus, Global West front coils.

Sway bar to tie rod clearance on driver side is fine, over 1/2" of room. On the passenger side however, there is about 1/8" max at right height, and as you can see from the pictures... they touch during suspension travel. I assume this is due to the tall LBJ's which pulls the tie rods up higher, while the sway bar is in a 'stock' location. If anything, the sway bar is already rotated 'up' slightly because of the 1" drop coils.

Looking closely, it appears that the passenger side of the sway bar goes back for a farther distance before it arches up and over the tie rod. So the arch doesn't happen soon enough, and gets too close to the tie rod. Everything else I measured is even from driver to passenger side. It's hard to get an accurate measurement on the bar, due to multiple curves, but it's obvious looking at it. My roommate and neighbor both agree.

Is there a quick fix? Meaning, can I install longer end link bolts and tubes to "lift" the bar up and out of the way? Or will this affect handling?

I've contacted Marcus at SC&C where I purchased my suspension from, hopefully he can help too. This is NOT a thread to bash Marcus or Hellwig. Instead, I'm hoping to find out the correct way to solve this. I'd rather not have to wait for a new bar, but we'll see.
