It's still too big, I believe.. looks like 58x105 and I think the Avatar is limited to either 80x80 or 100x100, either way shrinking it a little further should get you fixed up - I would think even if it's shrunk to 100 high that would get you the 1500 bytes you're over.
Actually, by highlighting the pic it looks like most of the top quarter of the pic is blank space and could probably be removed. That would definitely get you small enough.
