      I'd like to know what your using for your protein shots? 40 something grams of protein in a 3 oz shot!!

      I use Muscle Blaster (44g)and Protein bullet(42g) GNC has another brand but like every6thing at GNC it double the price you will pay anywhere else....
      Nothing says "I built this" better than tool marks and dykem blue..
